A Chronology of a Signature Development

Building and Architecture Updates

January 2023: Window installations and limestone cladding are underway. Apart from a newly added rooftop visible from Soi 6, the design remains true to Mario Kleff's original 2021 3D image.

Early 2022: Construction of the penthouse began with the integration of box girders and cellular beams. Collaborating with B.S.Y Group PLC, Wandeegroup Asia Co Ltd successfully installed large box girders extending over 19 meters from a central column.

Late 2021: In late 2021, the basement floor was constructed using high-strength marine concrete, reinforced with large diameter steel bars, utilizing tons of steel.

Late 2021: In early 2021, Majestic Residence Villas faced a transformation. The owner of two properties commissioned Mario Kleff to interconnect them. Instead, Mario proposed a groundbreaking approach, demolishing them to create a new signature villa that enhanced the site's majesty.

Agreeing to their demolition, he entrusted their reincarnation to Mario Kleff, a maestro in architectural innovation. Rising to the challenge, Mario introduced Thailand to an architectural feat: the installation of the nation's longest cellular beam, spanning 48 meters, and the integration of the largest steel box girder ever used in residential design.
