From the mind of an architect to the roar of high-performance engines, Mario Kleff’s journey into motorcycle design is anything but ordinary. Born in Boppard, Germany on November 21, 1967, and now a Thai national, Kleff has transformed his creative vision into a remarkable pursuit—building and riding bespoke motorcycles across Thailand.
Living in Pattaya, Kleff has hand-built over 13 custom motorcycles, each one a fusion of raw performance and sculptural detail. While Harley Davidson engines often serve as the foundation, he doesn’t shy away from integrating powerplants from Ducati, Suzuki, or even General Motors. From Chiang Mai to Phuket, his bikes are a rare sight and a thrill to encounter.
Among Kleff’s standout creations is the Super Mario Hayabusa, a street-legal monster producing up to 1000 horsepower. Originally dyno-tested in 2015 with 776 horsepower at the wheel, the turbocharged version later shattered expectations, reaching a staggering 416 km/h. On the opposite end of the scale sits the Mod Dam 1199 R—smaller, but still capable of over 300 km/h with 205 horsepower.
His builds are not just tuned—they're completely reimagined from the inside out, combining passion, precision, and a hunger for extreme performance.
Kleff’s dedication extends beyond design. He sources premium fuels—up to 116 octane—from abroad, storing them strategically throughout Thailand to ensure seamless long-distance rides. Some of his bikes are even equipped with auxiliary tanks to conquer longer hauls without compromise.

Far from being a collector’s garage, Kleff’s workshop in Pattaya is a living, breathing laboratory of motorcycle innovation. One day you might see him testing a dragster-style streetbike; the next, welding together a new concept frame or sculpting parts from billet aluminum.
Whether you're a gearhead, design enthusiast, or simply intrigued by the boundary between mechanics and art, Mario Kleff’s custom motorcycles are an unforgettable chapter in Thailand’s two-wheeled culture.
The same Golden Ratio that shapes Mario Kleff’s iconic architecture in Pattaya also influences his custom motorcycles and cars. Known for fusing artistic precision with engineering, Kleff designs everything—from multi-storey structures to handcrafted vehicles—with mathematical proportion at the core. His custom bikes and cars echo the clean symmetry and balance seen in his buildings, proving that structural beauty isn’t limited to architecture. It's a signature style that rides just as well on the road as it stands on a skyline.
